Applicants must be between 16 and 40 years of age on the day of admission to be eligible for the programme.
No, there are no formal educational qualifications required to join the programme. We welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds.
During the first 2 years (training phase), learners receive 20,000 TK/month. After qualifying as City Executives, the salary increases to 50,000 TK/month for the remaining 3 years.
Yes, after qualifying as a City Executive, you may pursue an honors or master's degree abroad, subject to meeting language proficiency requirements and other conditions.
Learners must commit to 3 hours of study and 5 hours of work every day, 5 days a week throughout the programme.
