Detailed information about our comprehensive training program
Trainees enroll in a five-year programme, consisting of two years of training and employment. During this period, participants undergo training while being employed, with tuition fees applicable for the training phase.
Upon successful completion of the two-year training and employment phase, trainees earn the title of City Executive, receiving a diploma accredited by our British institution.
Qualified City Executives are assigned to work in our new centres for the remaining three years, with the option to be placed either in their home country or abroad. They receive an enhanced salary equivalent to two-and-a-half times their initial pay.
During the employment phase, City Executives complete 36 hours of CPD training over three years (4 hours each semester).
Upon completing the full five-year agreement, City Executives graduate and are awarded a Fellowship from the institution. Fellows can work independently or enter into renewed agreements as qualified trainers.
Duration: 2 years
Starting Salary: 20,000 TK/month from the first day
Duration: 3 years after qualification
Salary: 50,000 TK/month until end of contract
Duration: 33 years (long-term contract)
Salary: 50,000 TK/month for entire contract
Note: For international employment, salary will be determined according to the employment regulations of the respective country.
